Leon was called to the Bar in 1995 and became a partner in a boutique litigation firm in 2000. He founded Melconian Law Office in 2002.
He appears regularly before the Superior Court of Justice and the Commercial List. He has substantial experience before the Divisional Court and the Court of Appeal for Ontario and has also appeared before the Federal Court of Appeal. He has extensive experience in conducting trials, mediations and arbitrations.
Leon has chaired and been a seminar speaker before the Canadian Bar Association. He has also delivered lectures to various schools and professional associations.
